HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 321 - Sowell Partition - Final PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3 a~ A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR A LAND PARTITION (Applicants: Michael and Janet Sowell) (37 2W 11D Tax Lot 201) Recitals 1. Applicants have previously received tentative plan approval and have naw submitted an application far final plat approval for a land partition located on the northwest corner of Isaac Way and Marilee Street, in the City of Central Point, Oregon. 2. On May 16, 1995, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point reviewed said application for final plat approval. Naw, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines that the final plat is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative plan and the conditions placed on the approved tentative plan, as well as all applicable ordinances and state laws. Applicants have signed a Deferred Improvement Agreement for the construction of sidewalks. Section 2. Approval is hereby granted to the final plat submitted herein, subject to any applicable conditions contained in the tentative plan approval. The Chairman of the Planning Commission is hereby authorized and directed to sign the final plat on behalf of the City.
