PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. ~~
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SETBACK VARIANCE AT
537 LAUREL STREET
(Applicants: Scott and Shannon Lenz)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Nature of Application. Applicants propose to
construct a garage at the rear of an interior lot at 537 Laurel
Street, in an R-2 District. The City setback standard from the
abutting alley is 20 feet. Applicant requests a variance to
locate the structure five (5} feet from the alley.
Section 2. Findings. The Planning Commission finds that
applicant has satisfied the requirements for variances set forth
in CPMC 17.80.010. The Planning Commission hereby adopts the
written findings submitted by applicant, the contents of the City
Staff Report, and the testimony by applicant at the hearing.
Section 3. Variance Approved. Applicant's variance request
is hereby approved.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in
