A RESOLUTION DECLARING AN INTENT TO INITIATE
AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING TEXT OF THE
CENTRAL POINT MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW THE
CREATION OF PADLOT DEVELOPMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, that an amendment to the zoning text
the Central Point Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is,
initiated by the Planning Cnmmission, for the purpose of
establishing Padlot Developments as a permitted use in all
districts in the City.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in
