A RESDLUTIDN AMENDING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT
150 NORTH FRONT STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, that the Conditional Use Permit previously
granted in Planning Commission Resolution No. 272 on January 25,
1994 for the operation of a furniture sales and manufacturing
operation at 150 North Front Street is hereby amended in the
following way: Instead of having 18 months within which to
complete conditions number 1 and 2 placed on the original
approval of the permit, applicant shall have 18 months from the
date of this amendment within which to complete conditions number
1 and 2 of the original approval. All other conditions of the
original approval shall remain in effect.
