A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR A
LAND PARTITION

1. Applicant has previously received tentative plan
approval and has now submitted an application far final plat
approval for a land partition located nn Hopkins Road in the City
of Central Point, Oregon.
2. On February 5, 1996, the Planning Commission of the City
of Central Paint reviewed said application for final plat
approval.
Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the final plat is in substantial conformance with the
approved tentative plan and the conditions placed on the approved
tentative plan, except as noted below, as well as all applicable
ordinances and state laws.
Section 2. Approval is hereby granted to the final plat
submitted herein, subject to any applicable conditions contained
in the tentative plan approval, including condition number 4,
which requires removal of the existing garage located on Parcel
2, which has not yet been done, and subject also to applicant
including a notation on the final plat reading as follows: "If
the existing structure on the premises is fully destroyed, or if
that portion encroaching into the 10' PUE next to Hopkins Raad is
fully or partially destroyed, no rebuilding of any structure or
part of any structure will be permitted in said PUE." The
Chairman of the Planning Commission is hereby authorized and
directed to sign the final plat on behalf of the City.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in
