A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION TO AMEND
THE CITY`S ZONING MAP AND COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON HIGHWAY 99
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OE THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT that it is the Planning Commission's ~.ntention to
initiate amendments to the City's Zoning Map and Comprehensive
Land Use Plan so as to re-zone the following properties on
Highway 99 as follows:
37 2W 3B Tax Lnt 1501 - From R-1-$ and R-2 to C-5
37 2W 3B Tax Lot 1502 - Frnm R-2 to C-5
37 2W 3H Tax Lot 1504-N - From ft-2 to C-5
