~~ PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.•~(p~ A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CLASS A NON-CONFORMING USE DESIGNATION FOR CENTRAL POINT AUTO WRECKING (Applicant: Andrew McCleary) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Nature of A lication. The property located at 532 N. Front Street, Central Point Auto Wrecking, is currently a Class B Non-Conforming Use. As such, the owner is proha.bited from improving fences and structures to any significant degree. Applicant seeks designation as a Glass A Non-Conforming Use, which would allow expansion, remodeling, and structural improvements to the buildings. Section 2. Criteria and Findin s. CPMC 17.56.030 contains the criteria applicable to this decision. The Planning Commission hereby adopts the findings contained in the City staff report and the applicant's written submittals, and further finds that the criteria contained in CPMC 17.56,030 are satisfied. Section 3. A royal Granted. The premises Located at 532 N. Front Street, which is Central Point Auta Wrecking, is hereby classified as a Class A Non-Conforming Use.
