CONDITIONS QF APPItOVAI1
1. The proposed modifications to the facility shall comply with the alaproved site pla~i.
2. The exterior of the new building and fence shall be of a neutral color sl~cified by the
Planning Commission.
3. The wrecking facility shall campiy with all applicable rules and regulations as administered
by the State of Oregon,lackson County and the City of Central Point.
4. The trees, shrubs and irrigation. will be installed prior to occupancy of the new building.
5. A demolition permit will be obtained to remove the old building.
5. Permits must be obtained for the new building, fence and sigm.
