Applicants requested a variance frazn the three and one- half faotmaximum fence height within the required side yard setback area in order to provide a safe, secure and private environment for their family. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and the City staffreports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be heard in favor of and opposed to the applicatian. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision. The fallowing chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code apply to this application: A. Chapter 17.20, R-3, Residential Multiple-Family District; B. Chapter 15.20.050, Fence height on corner lots; C. Chapter 15.20.080, Fence Variances Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planrzixzg Commission hereby adapts by reference all finding of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 15.20, pertaining to fence variances. Section 3. Variance Granted.
