HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 465 - City of Central Point Public Works PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0.4G5 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE (Applicant: City of Central Point Public Works Department) (372W 11 BB Tax Lot X300) Recitals This matter came before the Planning Commission for hearing on October 5,1999, on applicant's application for a variance. Applicant requested the Side Yard Setback Requirements. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and the City staff reports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be heard in favor of and apposed to the application. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: .Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code apply to this application: A. Chapter 17.20; Residential Single Family R-1-6 Zone B. Chapter 17.$0, Variances. Section 2. Findin sand Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by reference all finding of fact set forth in the City staff reparts, and concludes that applicant has demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 17.$0, pertaining to variances. Section 3. Variance Granted. Appliance is hereby granted approval for the requested variance consisting of varying the side yard setback for a two story building to 5 feet.
