This matter came before the Planning Commission for hearing on December 7,1999, on applicant's site plan application far a Tezxzporazy Mobile Home iza an R-1-8, Residential Single Family district of the City. The Planning Commission z•eviewed the application and the City staff reports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be heard in favor of and opposed to the application. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION Oh THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section l . Criteria Applicable to DEeisiozi. The following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code apply to this application: A. Chaptez• 17.20, R-1-8, Residential Single Family District B. Chapter 17.60.055, Criteria for temporary n-zobile home placement for infirm citizens. Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adapts by reference all finding of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that, except where addressed in the conditions to approval, the application and proposal comply with the requirements of the following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code: A. Chapter 17.20, relating to uses, lot size, lot coverage, setback, building height and screening in the R-1-8 district; B. Chapter17.60.55, Criteria foz• temporary mobile 1•zome placement for infirm citizens Section 3. Conditional A royal. The application for site plan approval is hereby conditionally approved, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Planning Commission Chairman 2 -PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 4E~9 (1201999) A~~achmen~ A RECOMMENDED PLANNING DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS 4F APPROVAL The mobile home must have water and sewer disposal service that meets all city and state code requirements. 2. The applicant shall agree to remove the mobile borne within 45 calendar days after the unit has ceased to be used for the care of Setty McCartney. 3. A skirt shall be placed around the entire perimeter of the mobile home. 4. The applicant shall undezstand that the mobile home is allowed only on a temporary basis and that the lot can't be partitioned to create a separate parcel for the structure. ~~
