The City of Central Point, through the Central Point Police Department, will provide law enforcement
services for the Country Crossings Music Festival scheduled for July 26-29, 2018, as follows:
Patrol Schedule and Staffing
Schedule for Thursdav July 26"'. 2018;
4 Offlcers Traffic, parking and pedestrian wmrol/enforcement (E. Pine St./I-5, Freeman an N.10 ^
St., N. 3r° St., Scenic and Upton) Coordination of pick up zone designated at Scenic.
Enforcement of all CP related incidents from CC vehicle and pedestrian traffic. 1600-
0000 his. 32 hours
Schedule for Friday, July 271h. 2018:
4 Officers Traffic, parking and pedestrian control/enforcement (E. Pine St./I-5, Freeman an N. 10
St. , N. 3'° St., Scenic and Upton) Coordination of pick up zone designated at Scenic.
Enforcement of all CP related Incidents from CC vehicle and pedestrian traffic. 1600-
0100 hrs. 36 hours
Schedule for Saturdav, July 28'h. 2018:
4 Officers Traffic, parking and pedestrian control/enforcement (E. Pine St./I-5, Freeman an N. I&
St., N. P St., Scenic and Upton) Coordination of pick up zone designated at Scenic.
Enforcement of all CP related incidents from CC vehicle and pedestrian traffic. 1600 —

Overtime Reimbursement Costs to be Paid 6v Country Crossings
Country Crossing Music Festiva I agrees to reimburse Central Point Police Department for overtime hours
specified above at the rate provided below:

136 hrs $ 8,642
Starting hours may be subject to change depending on dally analysis of vehicular and pedestrian
traffic. Additional billing would be at rate of$86.42/hr. Communication of additional hours required
will be communicated to event staff in following morning debriefing to the best of Central Point Police
Department ability.
