To Whom It May Concern:
Per your prior conversations with Hunter representatives, this letter is to confirm permission to place one
pole and fiber optic line aerially through a section of property at the above referenced address for the
purpose of supplying a fiber optic intemet connection to a customer in your area and thereby increase the
capabilities of your local communications infrastructure If applicable, Hunter will attach fiber optic
cables and applicable appurtenances including any necessary pole support anchors to existing PacifiCorp'
utility poles on your property, following the procedures set forth in our existing Joint Use Agreement(s).
Hunter will not undertake any work which will damage or alter your property. Hunter will provide you
with a minimum of 48-hour prior notification of work schedule requirements requiring access to these
poles, By signing below you agree to the allowances set forth in this letter. It is understood that this is a
non-exclusive agreement, revocable after the completion of contractual obligations for both parties has
been met or with reasonable written notice of not less than 30 days from the property owner or lessee
Further, Hunter Communications will remove its fiber optic cable and any related equipment in the event
that Hunter closes its business. This obligation will remain with the ownership of Hunter and is
transferable to any new owner of Hunter Communications.
