A RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
A SITE PLAN APPLICATION

Recitals
L This matter came before the Planning Commission for hearing on March 7, 2000, on
the applicant's request that their house be added to the City of Central Point's Historic Inventory List
in the C-2, Con~zmercial Professional district of the City. The Planning Cozxzmission reviewed the
application and the City staffreports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be heard in
favor of and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Paint
Municipal Code apply to this application:
A. Chapter 17.36, C-2, Commercial-Professional District
B. Chapter 17.70, Historic Preservation Overlay Zone
Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by
reference all findings of fact set forth in the City staff reports, az~d concludes that, except where
addressed in the conditions of approval, the application and proposal comply with the requirezrzents
of the following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code:
A. Chapter 17.36.010, relating to uses, lot size, lot coverage, setbacl~, building height
and screening in the C-2 Commercial Frofessional district;
B. Chapter 17.70, Historic Preservation Overlay Zone
Section 3. Conditional Approval. The application for a recommendation of approval to
add the property to the City of Central Poizat Historic Inventory List is hereby conditionally approved.
