The approval of the Conditional Use Permit steal l expire in one year on March 7, 2QO l unless
an application far a building permit or an application for extet~sian has been received by the
City. The applicant shall submit a revised site plan depicting any changes discussed and
approved at the public hearing within 60 days of Planning Commission approval,
2. The project must comply with all applicable local, state and Federal regulations .
3. The applicant shall keep safe access available to Lucile Foot at all times.
