PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 480
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE
(Applicant: Robert and Ruth Hadley}
(362W36CD Tax Lot 3600)
Recitals
This matter came before the Planning Commission for hearing on April 4, 2000, on the
applicant's application for a variance. The applicant requested a variance front a n~zaximizm fence
height of 42 inches in a side yard setback area. The Planning Commission reviewed the application
and the City staff reports, and received comments fxon-z all persons wishing to be heard in favor of
and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria A Iicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Poizzt
Municipal Cade apply to this application:
A. Chapter 17.20.010, R-1, Residential Single-Family District;
B. Chapter 17.80, Variances.
Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by
reference all hndings of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has
demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 17.$0, pertaining to variances.
Section 3. Variance Granted. Appliance is hereby granted approval far the requested
variance consisting of varying from the side yard setback of 42 inches to 6 feet, contingent upon
Exhibit "A", and meeting the sight vision requirements of the Public Works Department.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in authentication of its passage this
