A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING OF ANNEXATION TERRITORY FROM JACKSON
COUNTY RURAL FLRE PROTECTION # 3

Recitals
This zxzatter came befoz-e the Planning Con-zzxzissioz~ for hearing on June OG, 2000, on
applicant's application far a withdrawal of annexation territory from Jackson County Rural Fire
Protection #3. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and the City staff reports, and
received comments from all persons wishizag to be heard in favoz• of and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria A licable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point
Municipal Code apply to this application:
A. Chapter 1.24.020, Withdrawal from special districts;
Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Corxarnission hereby adopts by
reference all findings of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has
demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 1.24.020 and 1.24.030,
pertaining to withdrawals from special districts.
Section 3. Withdrawal Granted. Applicant is hereby granted~appraval for the withdrawal
of annexation territory from Jackson County Rural Fire Protection #3.
