A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING OF ANNEXATION TERRITORY FROM JACKSON
COUNTY RURAL FIRE PROTECTION # 3

Recitals
This matter can-ze before the Pianni~lg Coznn~issioz~ for hearing on Jzzne OG, 2000, on
applicant's application foz- a withdrawal of annexation territory from Jackson County Rural Fire
Protection #3. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and tl~e City staff reports, and
received comments froze all persons wishing to be heard in favor of and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section L Criteria A licable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point
Municipal Cade apply to this application:
A. Chapter 1.24.020, Withdrawal from special districts;
Section 2. Findin s~ and Cpnclusions. Tkze Planning Coznznission hereby adopts by
reference all findings of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has
demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 1.24.020 and 1.24.030,
pertaining to withdrawals frorrz special districts.
Section 3. Withdrawal Granted. Applicant is hereby granted approval for the withdrawal
of annexation ten-itozy from Jackson County Rural Fire Protection #3.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by zee in authentication of its passage this
