by reference incorporated herein, imposed under authority of CPMC Chapter 16.36.

SUBJECT: Public Works Requirements for LDS Church Minor Partition
The following conditions are recommended to be attached to any approval of the above Minor
Partition to ensure that all Public Works concerns have been addressed:
l . The final plat for the minor partition shall reflect all easements and right-a~ way dedications
required as conditions of approval far the LDS Temple Site Plan Review, as well as any
easements on the parent parcel existing prior to said approval.
2. The final plat shall contain a Hate creating an unrestricted reciprocal access easement
between the two parcels resulting from the minor partition.

PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The approval of the Tentative Plan shall expire in arae year on September 5, 2001
unless an application for (anal plat or extension has been received by the City.
2. The project must comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
3. The tentative anal final plats shall depict utility easements requested by the City,
BCVSA and WP Natural Gas. Any changes to utility layout including fire hydrants
shall require subsequent approval by the respective seavice provider.
