PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 503
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Recitals
This matter came before the Planning Coznnlission far hearing on November 7, 2000, on
applicant's application for a conditional use permit. Applicant requested allowing the business
"Curves far Woznen" to operate in the Mt. View Plaza Coznr~zercial Shopping Center. The Planning
Commission reviewed the application and the City staff reports, and received camzrzents from all
persons wishing to be heard in favor of and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point
Municipal Cade apply to this application:
A. Chapter 17.44, C-4, Tourist and Office-Professional District;
B. Chapter 17.76, Conditional Use Permits.
Section 2. Findings and,,Conclusions. The Planning Coznznission hereby adopts by
reference all finding~of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has
demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 17.76, pertaining to conditional
use permits.
Section 3. Conditional Use Permit Granted. Applicant is hereby granted approval for
the requested Conditional Use Permit consisting of allowing the fitness center "Curves for Woznen"
to operate in the Mt. View Plaza Subdivision.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by zne in authentication of its passage this
