A RESOLUTION GRANTING f1 MODIFICATION OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED I~INAL
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP APPLICATION
(Applicant: Packwood Terrace Estates, L.L.C.)
(372W01 B, Tax Lot 2500}
Recitals
This matter came before the Planning Cotnrnission for hearing on February 6, 2001, on
applicant's application for a modification to a previously approved final planned unit development
application. Applicant requesting the ability to reduce setbacks, eliminate lots, and have the ability
to construct single-family zero lot line detached buildings .The Planning Commission reviewed the
application and the City staff reports, and received comments fr~orn all persons wishing to be heard
in favor of and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point
Municipal Code apply to this application:
A. Chapter 17.68, Planned Unit Development
B. Chapter 16.12, Final Plats
Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by
reference all finding of fact set forth in t11e City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has
demonstrated compliance with the requirements ofCPMC Chapter 17.68, pertainingto Planned Unit
Development.
Section 3. Modification Granted. Appliance is hereby granted approval for the requested
variance consisting that the applicant have the ability to do both attached and detached zero lot
homes and the ability to build more single story homes as well. Also, having the ability to work with
staff to eliminated up to 6 to 8 lots with lot line adjustments or through a re-plat. Attachment "A".
