Applicant requested a variance from the zniniznum teat foot setback that the municipal code requires between the foundation of structures and swimzxzing pools. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and the City staff reports, and reccirfed coznn-zents frozxz all persons wishing to be heard in favor of and opposed to tlae application. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Criteria A licable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code apply to this application: A. Chapter 17.20.010, Residential Single Family District; B. Chapter 17.$0, Variances. C. Chapter 15.22, Privately Owned Swimming Pools Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by reference all finding of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 17.80, pertaining to variances. Section 3. Variance Granted. Appliance is hereby granted approval for the requested variance consisting of allowing the edge of the deck to be constz-ucted approximately 3 112 feet from th edge of water at the patio's nearest point.
