A RESOLUTTON CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
(Applicant (s): Jacksozl County School District No. 6)
(372W11BB, Tax Lot G700)
Recitals
1. This matter came before the Planning Commissions for hearing on August 7, 2001,
on applicant's site plan application far a constructioza of a new elementary school and remodeling of
the historic elementary school in the R-1-G district ofthe City. The Plazarring Commission reviewed
the application and the City staff reports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be
heard in favor of and opposed to the application.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision^ The following chapters of the Central
Point Municipal Code apply to this application:
A. Chapter 17.20.010, Residential Single Family District
B. Chapter 17.G0, General Regulations;
C. Chapter 17.64, Oft=Street Parkizag and Loading;
D. Chapter 17.72, Site Plan, Landscaping and Constrzzction Plan Approval.
Section 2. Findin sand Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by
reference all ~zxdings of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that, except where
addressed in the conditions to approval, the application and proposal comply with the requirements
of the following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code:
A. Chapter 17.20.010, relating to uses, lot size, lot coverage, setback, building height
and screening in the R-1-G district;
B. Chapter 17.60 relating to paving and landscaping requirements;
C. Chapter i 7.G4 relating to off-street parking and loading facilities;
D. Chapter 17.72 relating to site plan requirements.
Section 3. Conditional A royal. The application for site plan approval is hereby
conditionally approved, subject to tyre conditions set Earth on Exhibits "A" and "B", which is attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.

RECOMMENDED PLANNING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The approval of the Site Plan shall expire in one year on August 7, 2002 unless an
application for a building permit or an application for extension has been received by the
City. The applicant shall submit a revised site plan depicting any changes discussed and
approved at the public hearing within 30 days of Planning Commission approval.
2. The project must comply with aII applicable local, state and federal regulations .
3. The applican# shall submit an irrigation plan to the city for approval at the tune of building
permit application.
