1. This matter ca~~~e before t]le Plaz~~aing Co~7~mission for hearing on May 7, 2002, on
applicant's conditional use applicatio~Z for the Storm P}Iysical Therapy to use office space iii the C-4
district of the City. Z'he P}arming Conaanission reviewed the application anti the City staff reports,
amd received coRx~m~zc~~ts fi•o€1~ all persons wishing to be heard it favor of and opposed to the
applicatio~l.
Now, therefore;

POINT, OREGON, AS 1~OLLOWS:
Section 1. Criteria Au~licable to Decision. Tl~e following chapters of the Central
Point 1~Iunicipal Code apply to this application:
A. Chapter 17.76, Conditional Use Permits
B. Chapter 17.60, General Regulations;
C, Cl3apter 17.64, Off Street Parking and Loading;
D. Chapter 17.72, Site Plan, Landscaping and Construction Plan Approval.
Section 2. Findin sand Conclusions. The Planning Commission laez-eby adopts by
reference all findings of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that, except where
addressed in the conditions to approval, the application anti proposal cozxzply with the requirements
of the following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code:
A. Chapter 17.44, relating to uses, lot size, lot coverage, setback, building height and
screening im the CT4 district;
B. Chapter 17.60 reIatirzg to paving and landscaping requirements;
C. Chapter 17.64 relating to off-street parking and loading facilities;
D. Chapter 17.72 relating to site plan requirements. .
Section 3. Conditional Approval. The application for site plan approval is hereby
conditionally appraved,subject tothe conditions set foz-th on Exhibits "A" and "B", which is attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated hez-ein.
