Applicant{s} has/have submitted appIicatians for preIiminazy development and tentative plan approval for a subdivision on a .90 acre parcel located at X84 Beall Lane in the City of Central Point, Oregon. 2. On May 14, 2002 the applicant received an administrative variance from one-acre PUD mizaizxzum based on location and right-of--way limitations. 3. On, .Iuly 2, 2002, the Central Point Planning Commission conducted aduly-noticed public hearing on the application, at which time it reviewed the City staff reports and heard testimony and comments on the application. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approval Criteria. The requirements for approval of planned unit development and tentative plans are set forth in the fallowing chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code, relating to informational requirements, zoning, lot dimension, access, and similar requirements. Section 2. Criteria A licable to Decision. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: A. Chapter l 7.24, Residential Two-Family District; B. Chapter 17.60, General Regulations; C. Chapter 17.64, Off-Street Parking and Loading; and D. Chapter 17.68, Planned Unit Developments (PUD). Section 3. Findin and Conclusions.
