l . Qn, August 5, 2003, the Central Point Planning Commission conducted adult'-noticed public
hearing on the Zone Mafia Arne3~dmez~t, at which tune it reviewed the City staff reports and
heard public testimony ~.l»d com~~~c~~ts.
Now, therefore;
gE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENT L POINT, OREGON, that is the Planning Commission's intention to initiate amendments to
the City's Zoning Map az~d Comprehensive Land Use Plan so as to re-zone the following properties
located on the westerly side ofNorth First Street, north ofMaple Street from TOD-GC, General
Commercial zoning to Tt~D- MMR, Medium Mi~c residential as follows:
37 2W 3DC, Tax Lot 900,1000, 1100, 1200,1300,1..400,1500 and 1501
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in authentication of its passage this 5t"
