Now, therefore: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, that it is the Planning Corrunission's intention to initiate aznendnaents to the City's Zoning Map and Comprehensive Land Use Plan so as to re-zone the following properties located on Orth and Marian Drives in and part of the Miller Estates Subdivision from R-1-6, Residential Low Density, to R-2, Residential Medium Density as foiIows: 37 2W 03BA, Tax Lots 9000 - 12600 37 2W 03BA, Tax Lots 13500-14900 37 2W 03BA, Tax L©#s 15700-171D0 Passed by the Planning Coznzxzission and signed by zzze in authentication of its passage this 5`h day of August, 2003.
