PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 5$8
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT TO AMEND THE CITY' S
ZONING MAP AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF SCENIC AVENUE, NORTH
THIRD STREET AND NORTH FIRST STREET.
1. On, August 19, 2003, the Central Point Planning Commission conducted a
duly-noticed public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan and Zane Map
Amendment, at which time it reviewed the City staff report and heard public
testimony and comments.
Now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, that it is the Planning Commission's intention
to initiate amendments to the City's Zoning Map and Comprehensive Land Use
Plan so as to re-zone the following properties:
Area 2 {a} -Along the west side of Scenic Middle School
Change from R-1-6, Single Family Residential to Civic Zoning for the fallowing tax
lot:
37 2W 03BA, Tax Lot 100
Area 2 (b) -Known as Scenic Middle School
Change from R-1-6, Single Family Residential to Civic Zoning for the following tax
lot:
37 2W 03AB, Tax Lot 4300
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in authentication of
its passage this 19t'' day of August, 2003.
