PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. S90
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT TO AMEND THE CITY'S ZONING MAP AND
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE
VICINITY OF BURSELL ROAD AND PITTVIEW AVENUE
On, August 19, 2003, the Central Point Planning Co~nrnission conducted adult'-noticed public
hearing on the Comprehensive Plan and Zane Map Amendment, at which time it reviewed the
City staff report and heard public testimony and coannzents.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, that it is the Planning Co~x~mission's intention to initiate amendments
to the City's Zoning Map and Comprehensive Land Use Plan sa as to re-zone the fallowing properties:
Area 4 (a) & (b) -Located north of Pittview and east of BurseIl Road
Change from R-1-8, Residential Single Family to R-1-6, Residential Single Family
