PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 592
A RESOLUTION DECLARING T1:IE INTENT TO AMEND THE CITY'S ZONING MAP
AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED IN
AN AREA NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF HASKELL AND ASH STREETS FOR THE
PROPOSED SNOWY BUTTE STATION MASTER PLAN WITH THE
RECOMMENDATION TO ZONE THE PROPOSED RELIGIOUS FACILITY SITE AS
CIVIC
On, August 19, 2003, the Central Point Planning Commission conducted aduly-noticed quasi-
judicial hearing on the Comprehensive Plan and Zone Map Amendment, at which tune it
reviewed the City staff report and heard public testimony and comments.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, that it is the Planning Commission's intention to initiate amendments
to the City's Zoning Map and Comprehensive Land Use Plan so as to re-zone the following properties
located in an area near the intersection of Haskell and Ash Streets as follows:
372W10AD, Tax Lot 1200
Change from M-1, Industrial District to R-3, Residential Multiple Family.
372W10AD, Tax Lot 1300
Change from R-1-6, Residential Single Family to R-3, Residential Multiple Farniiy.
372W10AD, Tax Lot 700
Change from a base zone of M-1, Industrial District with an overlay zone of TOD-GC,
General Commercial to a base zone of R-1-6, Residential Single Family; R-3, Multiple
Family; with an overlay zoning of TOD-LMR, Low Mix Residential; TOD-MMR, Medium
Mix Residential; and TOD- OS, Open Space.

Change from a base zone of M-1, Industrial District with an overlay zone of TOD-GC,
General Commercial to a base zone of R-3, Multiple Family with an overlay zone of TOD-
MMR, Medium Mix Residential.
372W10AD, Tax Lot 9400
Change from a base zone of M-1, Industrial District with an overlay zone of TOD-GC,
General Commercial to a base zone of R-1-6, Residential Single Family with. an averlay zone
of TOD-LMR, Low Mix Residential.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by nie in authentication of its passage this 19'"
