As you know, the City of Central Point holds a note for improvements made to your property in 1996. Those
improvements were to provide your residence with an alternative method of heating. The amount of that loan
is $11,486.00.
On an annual basis the City will send a copy of the Terms and Conditions of that loan. As agreed to in the
terms of that note, no payment is due until the property is sold or transferred.

I. Borrower agrees to use the loan proceeds only to accomplish

property, in compliance with all- applicable provisions of the

II. At its option, The Housing Aut.hority of 'Jackson County, acting
for Central Èoint, reserves the right to cancel and terminate this
loan by sending a written notice of cancellation to the Borrower at

within a reasonable time

IX. The applicant agrees to permj-t the Housing Authorit'y to act as
Escrow Agent of the funds 1óaned to applicant, and to permit the
lrá,rsing Áutfroiity to disperse such fuñds to the contractor/s, to
j-nsure the propei distribution of the funds '
x. Any rebates from the utility companies for weatherization
=fr-ff be given ¿irectly to or t.urneã over to the Housing Authority'

The amount of the weatherizatiãn rebate wilI not be included in the

XI. The l-oans are zeTo interest. The entire amount will be due on
