A motion was made by Patterson second by Setness that the re-
commendation of the Planning Commission be approved. Motion
carried.
Mayor Mason spoke to the Council and Planning Commission of the
possibilities of the annexation of the Cupp property.
Mr. S. C. Watkins, an engineer, told the Council of the sewer
needs for the Cupp property, and how the city could handle the
situation. Mr. Watkins told the Council that the existing sewers
were large enough to handle more than enough for the Cupp property.
A motion was made by Patterson, second by Setness that the
Planning Committee draw up minimum requirements for a new sub-
division Ordinance. Motion carried.
Mr. Watkins talked to the Council of the need of a storm sewer
r North from Hazel to Mazama.
LMr. Cupp came to the Council with his plans for subdividing his
property South of Central Point.
Mayor Mason read a letter from Mrs. Marie Shere regarding putting
stop signs on Pine at the railroad. A motion was made by Patterson
second by Bigham that the signs be installed. Motion carried.
The
Common Council met in adjourned regular session with Mayor
Mason
presiding. Roll call found Colley, Bigham, Patterson,
and
Setness present. Saxbury and Chisum absent.

The
minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved.
The
bills were approved by the council and the recorder
authorized
to draw warrants on the proper funds for paying them.
The
Planning Committee met with the council to discuss the need
to cause
to be condemned some buildings that have been abandoned.
The
Planning Committee brought a recommendation to the Council

that
the buildings at the following locations be condemned and
_
cause
the buildings be torn down.

submit the preliminary floor plan for a new City Hall to a drafts -
man for final drawing. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Setnee* second by Patterson that we adjourn '
tm Feb. 10th. Motion carried.
