Mr. N. A. Mead came to the council with a problem regards a
connection for the sewer from the Royal Heights Sub Div. to
the City main on Hazel street at 6th. The City map showes a
standpipe 88.5' east of a manhole on Hazel street at the 6th
street intersection. Upon digging at this location it was
found that no pipe had ever been installed at this location.
After discussing the situation, the council felt that the
city should make the connect with no more expense to Mr. Mead. _
Mr. Blackhurst read Ordinance # 512. This being an Ordinance

Point, Oregon by the construction of Curbs on both sides
