Section 1. 'T`itle 17 ofthe Central Point Municipal Code is here by amended as follows:
Chapter 17.08
Definitions
Sections:
17.08380 Structure. Struci~ure means anything constructed or built which requires location
on the ground or is attached to something having a location on the ground, including swimming
pools, covered patios, fences and walls; but not including normal plans and landscaping materials,
paved outdoor areas, walks, driveways, and similar improvements.

17.60.030 Accessory Buildings. Accessory buildings shall comply with all requirements for
the principal use except where specifically modified by this title and shall comply with the fol lowing
limitations:
A Regardless of the side and rear yard requirements of the district, in a residential (R)
district a side or rear yard not adjoining a street may be reduced to three feet,
measured from the furthest protrusion or overhang, for an accessory structure erected
more thatl fifty-five feet from the street right-of-way line ou which the lot fronts,
