(372W10, Tax Lots, Brookfield Estates Lots 1-12) Recitals ~i Q,~'` / ~ This matter came befare the Planning Commission for hearing on November 6, 2001, on applicant's application for avariance. Applicant requested to vary fmm fe~ice requirements in order to add a 2 foot lattice screen to a 6 foot high fence. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and the City staffreports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be heard in favor of and opposed to the application. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSI~N OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREG4N, AS FOLLOWS: Section t. Criteria A~,pIicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code apply to this application: A. Chapter 15.50.040, Fence Height on Lots & Fence Variances; B. Ghapter 17.80, Variances. Section 2. Findings and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts byreference all finding of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 17.84, pertaining to variances. Section 3. Variance Granted. Appliance is hereby grantetl approval for th~ requested variance consisting of the addition of a 2 feet of lattice screen to bc added to an existing 6 foot fence, Passed bythe Planning Commission and signed by me in authentication of its passage this ~_ day of c~Gew,ber , 200 i.
