Be it known by all present that the undersigned does hereby certify and declare that certain obligations
filed against the property listed below and attached to this release and showing the filing number of said
records in the office of the County Clerk of Jackson County, State of Oregon. Satisfaction of original
Deferred Improvement Agreement, between the City of Central Point and Jodi Salyer entered into on
March 8, 2006.

WATER METER RELOCATION AGREEMENT
449 N. 7" Street, Central Point, OR
This agreement entered into by and between the City of Central Point, Oregon, a
municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as "City", and Jodi Salyer hereinafter
referred to as "Owner".
Recitals
1. Owner is the owner of real property and improvements located at 449 N. 7"
Street, Central Point, Oregon, more fully described as: Township 37, Range 2W,
Section 03DA, Tax Lot 7500, Central Point, Jackson County, Oregon.
Lot Eight (8) in Block Seventy (70) of the City of Central Point, Jackson County,
Oregon according t the official plat thereof, now of record.
(Map No. 372W03DA, Tax Lot 7500, Account No 1-013917-1, Code 6-02)
2. Owner has tapped the 6" waterline in the alley and has requested a water
meter be installed in the alley for 449 N. 7t" Street, Central Point, Oregon.
2. City has informed Salyer that the 6" waterline in the alley will be abandoned
by the City and has requested Slayer tap the 6" AC waterline on N. 7t" Street, Central
Point, Oregon.
Now, therefore, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Aareement
1. Owner agrees to relocate, at owner's expense, the water tap for 449 N. 7t"
Street, Central Point, Oregon when the City abandons the 6" waterline in the alley.
2. City will reinstall water meter for 449 N. 7t" Street, Central Point, Oregon once
new tap on 6" waterline on N. 7t" Street, Central Point, Oregon has been completed by
Owner.
3. This agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon all successors in
interest of both parties. It is specifically understood that a memorandum of this
agreement will be executed by Owner and recorded so as to notify all third parties of
the existence of this agreement and the nature of the obligations contained herein.
