Work on the setiver system is pra-~

This condition is unavoidable at times t~

The manholes on Pine street have t
been completed and the ditch filled
with water to settle the loose earth t'
firmly as the back-fillingproceeds. Thts G

surfaced pavement to be laid this Fall °
This fact is no douk3t a matter of con- h
siderable satisfaction to certain citizens e
who last week were urging the aban- a
