For irrigation purposes the city, is divided into two districts---east and ' west bf Fourth street-and hours for the use of water fixed as follows: People living west of Fourth street may use water froth 5;00 a. m. unti3 ?:30 a, m, every Monday, ' Wedne~day andFriday; and from 5:00 p. m, until _^_?:30 p, m. every ,Tuesday, _Thursday and Saturday. Sundays irrigation -will be permitted from 5;00 a, m. to $:00 a, m. People living east of Fourth street may use water fx°om 5:00 a. m. to ?:30 a: m. every Tuesday, Thursr~ay and Saturday; and from 5:00 p, m, t© '?:~0 p. m. every, -__Monday, W_ -ednesday__.and Friday, Sundays irrigation will be per- mitted from 6:00 a. m_ to 8:00 a. r*'i. These rates go into effect, on April, 1, 1914, and ail those who wish water far irrigation must mak~* application to the city recorder before using same. C.P.
