trai Point American, the reading of

wore approved as read.
Bert Smith gave a report on hie
~ and Don 1''aber's visit to the City
Connell regarding• the securing of
~ water pipe for the .ball field. He
stated that the city will buy 400' of
2" pipe, costing approximately $190.-
00 and tl~e Central Point Athletic
Association is to install the pipe.
Ed Vincent made the motlion that
this report be accepted and Bill Ask-
with seconded the motion. Motion
carried. .
It was suggested by Don Faber
that Bert Smith check on the possi-

Treasurer's report was given by
Hart Smith. Dysinger made fhe
motion that we accept this report.

Don Faber suggested that we
check with Mr. Jewett and clear up
our Tast season's basketlSalt bill. All
were agreed upon this `and Jnc
Krupp was appointed to take care of
this.
B311 Askwlth gave report on the
umpire situation and stated that we
hove an umpire to work for us for
the season.
Bob Kincaid made the motion and
!Joe Krupp seconded it that the
Secretary-Treasurer be the only
person necessary to sign the checks
for the 1949 baseball season. Matson
