The council . considered two plans proposed and recomr;iehded by fiarvey & wat- f<ins, consulting engineers, who presented s}~edules showing the amount o! money required anngal- 15' to pay otf the bonds with Interest and also. the monthly payments to t'•c city of bted[nrd for prficaseing nt the sewage [rem Ihp city ot'Cer.- Zral point at the Camp \Vhile plant, Plan No. 1--Charge a minimum sewer use tee o! $Lg0 per month for all residnntlal property, with e sliding scale der small and largo business using above the minimum of watM~~and to levy a tax of IS7 mitts on all taxable property in the city. Flan No. 'L-Charge a minimum of $L311 for sewer use and levy u tax of 9.5 mills do the taxable pro- perly. After some discussing. on motion -nf Gumcilman Cupp sewnded by Councilman Blg'•am, it yeas unani- mously decided to adopt Plan No. I, to raise apprnximatcly $12,g7(I per month by seupr use charge and to Icvy a tax n( 1.57 mills nn taxably prnprrly.
