The city council met in adjourned
regular session Tuesday evening
wltb•Councilmen Bigham, Brannar,
Cupp and Yocom present, Councll-
men Abbott and 1$clly, absent. The.

After some discussing. on motion
-nf Gumcilman Cupp sewnded by
Councilman Blg'•am, it yeas unani-
mously decided to adopt Plan No. I,
to raise apprnximatcly $12,g7(I per
month by seupr use charge and to
Icvy a tax n( 1.57 mills nn taxably

The mayor Lhen stated that he
had been contacted by several of
toe service clubs of the city asking
for a donation from the ci!y for a
community Chrislmes party tvhieh
is being planned. The pparty is be-
ing sponsored by the various
churches. lodges, business men's
association. Lions club and others.
