Earlier 'in the, four-day ~on- vention,~ four 'Crater .chapter members were named for the state farmer degree, That' are Norman Barnes, Clifford Big- ham, Marton Gasset4 and Wil- liam Ryan. The banner will be presented to the Girl Scout hoop having the largest representation of par- ents in attendance. The Sing wilt be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesda>• in the Central oint Jmtior High school library. One of the purposes of the gathering is to acquaint mare parents and friends with the day camp program for the Gir] Scoots. A new schedule is plan- ned Por day camp this year. In addition to the selection of songs Tuesday evening, Mlss Mary Aldrich will gave n brief talk on "Day Camp in the Rogue Velley'„ and show n film on day camp. Troop 101, composed of eighth grade girls led by Mrs. B. L, Collinsworth and Mrs. Archie Purdy, will be presented with an American flag by the Amer- ican Legion Auxiliary, sponsors of the troop.
