Scott stated that he saw no season e
why the city should not do the same r
as in past years and have the city ~
truck haul rubbish free if it was
placed in accessible places along
the streets. In' this connection the
matter of the condition of the many ,
vacant lots about the cnty was dis=
cussed and it was voted to author-
ize the fire chief to enforce tha or-
dinances in this regard.
