Seven new homes will be con-

were purchased by Whittle and

Whittle ° announced that lum-
ber is already on the site and
that construction began today.
Two homes will 'be erected at
once and the remainder will be
built as ordered by individual
purchasess.

It is planned that the homes
will be in the $8,500-X9,500
class. Homes in a higher price
range will be erected if buyers
wish.
T. J. Bight of Medford will
handle real estate transactions.
Homes may be purchased under
P'HA or GI loans Whittle report-
ed.
Richard Grigsby, member of
the Gentrai Point rural fire de-
partment, ,has purchased one of
the homes to be erected.
Whittle h~aa built 114 homes in
the Medford district during the
last ibur to five years, He stated
that if this project is successful
and ademand- for more housing
is presernt, his firm may begin
a project which would include
building. of 50 to 200 homes in
this area.
