HomeMy WebLinkAboutCouncil Resolution 1137RESOLUTION NO. //~ ~ A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION No. 719, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION; RESOLUTION No. 720, A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; AND RESOLUTION No. 721, A RESOLUTION GRANTING TENTATIVE PLAN APPROVAL FOR 53 ZERO LOT LINE SINGLE FAMILY LOTS FOR HERITAGE DEVELOPMENT, INC. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission adopted Resolution Numbers 719, 720 and 721 on March 6, 2007 approving a Conditional Use Application, a Preliminary Planned Unit Development and a Tentative Subdivision Plan for 53 zero-lot line single family lots in the R-2, Two Family zoning district on property identified on Jackson County Assessor's map as 37 2W O1BA, Tax Lots 500 and 700; and WHEREAS, the City Council called up the aforementioned applications under its authority in CPMC Section 17.05.600.H and within the time allotted by the municipal code; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed this matter on appeal consistent with Section 17.05.400.F and found that issues of concern were adequately addressed by the Planning Commission in the record; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON that Planning Commission Resolution Numbers 719, 720 and 721 are hereby affirmed to allow the property owners to proceed with their development plans as approved and conditioned.
