RecoMet -Coordinator Arden Plnkham and Ira Brock, city em- ployee, worked for the first three days 'this week attempting- 40 c]ear the line. A large gttantity of sand and heavy gravel was removed from the line. Hose lines and lines from a city fire department pumper wore used several times to try to move the black. It is not kno at this time whether the tin, wllk have. to be excavated to clear the obstruction.
