School Notzs ~ f i~
The monthly report sent in to the ~ is
county superintendent for the month a
of November was in several respects o
the best report thus far submitted.
It showed an enrollment for the month ~ ai
of 262 pupils. Especially as to the
number of large .boys in school was it
gratifying. Of the pupils over twelve V
years of age there were 63 girls and 71
boys. The percentage of attendance H
for the whole seN`ool "on the actual L
number of pupils belonging was 97 per ~ °i
cent.. There were 159 pupils neither t
tardy or absent during the month. 1 g
There were 128 days absence reported ri
for Ixst month while the month of Sep- i A
tember elwwed 158. i g
One of the most noticable features
of the repol<t is the percentage of , w
pupils in the high school. Over one- ~ t(
fourth of the attendance, or to be exact, ` g
26 per cent of the pupils of the' Central ` t}
Point school is in the high school:de-' a~
perttrient. We doubt whether there is ~ w
another school in the county can show' tt
as good a ratio. ' Ii
