Pine and Fourth streets, which is being' ~
erected jointly by Whiteside $ros.-and ; ~
Elmer Childers. 'rho building will have '
a frontage of 55 feet on Fine street,
4 with a depth of 5Q feet. •It will be but ~
one story for th~'pre:~cnt, but the walls
will be of sufficient strength to support' 1
another story or two whenever there is ~
a demand for additional second etory ~ 1
space, Whiteside Bros. bought these., i
two lots several months ago from ~1Vfrs. i €
Ann Boall and they have now disposed ' t
of the corner to Mr. Childers.
